MAT Holdings Inc. and its unit GRI Engineering & Development are expanding with a new Shannon distribution center in Mississippi. We are hiring to lead a 10-15 person warehouse team, coordinating daily workloads and safety while aligning with shift supervision.

Ideal candidates have English proficiency, forklift certification, RF scanner experience, and a background in shipping/receiving. The role emphasizes training, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to lead 10+ people in a warehouse setting.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse software.
• Forklift certification and safe operating guidelines.
• Understanding of shipping/receiving workflows and throughput.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department of 10-15 in daily meetings and workloads.
• Train, motivate and direct the team to meet production and safety goals.
• Enforce safety policies and company guidelines.
• Support in developing performance standards and reports.
• Coordinate with shipping supervisor and attend department meetings.
