Job summary

Lingo Staffing is seeking an experienced Outbound Supervisor to lead outbound and fulfillment operations in a fast-paced distribution setting. The role oversees a team of 50+ associates and ensures orders are shipped accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate has strong warehouse leadership, distribution, and shipping experience, with proficiency in WMS/OMS, RF scanners, and forklift operation. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in shipping, warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment.
• Experience supervising 50+ associates.
• Warehouse leadership, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS/OMS and RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of 50+ warehouse associates.
• Oversee daily outbound, shipping, picking, packing, and fulfillment operations.
• Monitor daily reports and ensure OTIF shipping goals are met.
• Monitor SLA performance and ensure e-commerce orders are shipped on time.
• Coaching and developing the warehouse team to meet performance targets.
• Operate forklift equipment when needed and ensure safety compliance.
