Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to supervise and assist on shift, covering shipping, receiving, cycle counting and bin maintenance. You will ensure accurate picking, packing, loading for shipment and delegate replenishment to meet daily deadlines.

Proficiency with SAP and warehouse equipment is preferred. The role requires high school diploma and at least 3 years in a high-volume distribution setting, with strong multitasking and computer skills to maintain inventory

Qualifications

High school education or equivalent is required.
At least 3 years in a high-volume distribution environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Some experience using SAP system is preferred.
Knowledge to operate and train others on warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

Supervise shift responsibilities including shipping, receiving, cycle counting and bin maintenance.
Secure building perimeter twice a day and manage alarm system checks.
Ensure daily parts orders are picked, packed, and loaded for shipment; assign staff as needed.
Process receiving transfers in SAP and coordinate replenishment of shipping supplies.
Run daily shipping reports and monitor late-day emergency orders for timely completion.
Monitor inventory in SAP, perform cycle counts, and generate variance reports.
Record and manage 30-day dealer returns and process credits.
Train new hires on SAP, barcode scanners and equipment safety.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
