Supply Chain Fusion is seeking a hands-on Outbound Manager to lead high-volume warehouse operations in a structured 3PL environment, with exposure to broader leadership responsibilities over time and a clear succession path for the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

3–5+ years experience in 3PL, logistics, distribution, or eCommerce fulfillment.
Proven leadership experience in outbound warehouse operations.
Experience managing KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics.
Labor planning & workforce optimization.
Coaching supervisors and building teams.
Driving process improvements through data.
Experience with WMS and operational systems.

Responsibilities

Lead all outbound warehouse operations in a high-volume 3PL environment (45+ clients, 1M+ SKUs).
Manage 4 Dispatch Supervisors and warehouse teams.
Oversee peak volumes of up to 150,000 orders/month.
Drive performance across key metrics: order turnaround times, pick & inventory accuracy, productivity, and labor efficiency.
Team training and morale; execute labor planning and resource allocation.
Analyze operational data and reports to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to structured systems, processes, and WMS tools.
