Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations in a high-paced environment, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will manage a team of warehouse staff, drive performance, and uphold company policies across multiple AORs including perishable and freezer areas.

Responsibilities include coaching, PDP development, and KPI management (Safety, Productivity, Retention, and Quality).

Qualifications

Two to five years of related warehouse experience.
Experience managing 15+ associates is highly desirable.
Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems, voice recognition, inventory control, and labor management is a plus.
Associate degree or higher in General Studies or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Effectively and safely supervise day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas.
Supervise activities of Warehouse Associates in fulfillment of customer orders.
Instruct and oversee safe quality sanitation practices.
Collaborate with Shift Manager to develop PDPs and coach associates.
Manage KPIs: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget, and Quality.
Conduct safety, quality, shrink, and operational audits.
Investigate accidents according to company guidelines.
