Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse supervisor in Springfield, MO to oversee receiving, order pulling, and truck loading for next-day deliveries. You will coordinate with the Warehouse Manager, ensure accurate paperwork, and maintain stock rotation while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 2–4 years of warehouse experience, supervisory responsibility, and a valid forklift certification. Day-to-day duties include staff supervision, training, and maintaining efficient warehouse

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience accepted.
• Associates degree or technical training is preferred.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, providing training and guidance, establishing job standards and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate and complete order pulling and loading of trucks with proper stop sequence; completes necessary paperwork.
• Maintains proper stock rotation using first-in/first-out procedures and ensures goods are stocked properly.
• Drives a culture of safety and service quality, ensuring staff understand their roles in meeting customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager and optimizes workflow with warehouse management systems.
