Qualifications

• 5+ years in fulfillment operations.
• 3+ years in outbound management or equivalent leadership.
• 3PL or high-volume fulfillment experience.
• WMS advanced knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead all outbound operations including picking, packing, kitting, and triage to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage and develop outbound supervisors and staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, UPH targets, and quality standards.
• Plan and schedule labor based on forecasts, capacity requirements, and performance metrics.
• Train teams on warehouse management systems (WMS) and SOPs.
• Maintain organized and efficient picking locations for high-SKU environments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and throughput.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and other departments to resolve outbound issues and support service delivery.
• Support company growth by identifying capacity constraints and recommending operational enhancements.
• Mentor and develop leadership talent within the outbound team.
