Job summary

NATIONAL DISTRIBUTION & CONTRACTING INC is seeking a 3PL Operations Lead to support the warehouse supervisor in driving daily performance across inbound and outbound activities, handling pallets and shipments. You will lead a team of five associates, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain high inventory accuracy.

This role requires hands-on leadership, problem-solving, and strong literacy with WMS, TMS, and ERP data tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong literacy with WMS, TMS and ERP data tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound and outbound activities and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Directly supervise a team of five associates and manage daily performance.
• Assist with item quality checks, returns, and discrepancy resolution.
• Generate and analyze reports from WMS/ERP/TMS to monitor inventory and throughput.
• Promote safety and maintain a safe work environment through coaching and training.
