Job summary

US Foods in Oklahoma City is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team and drive safe, accurate, and timely reception, storage, and loading of goods. You will shape culture, coach staff, and align operations with food safety and cost targets.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse distribution and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with strong leadership, communication, and data interpretation skills; occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Knowledge of inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to ensure injury-free operations and a safety-first culture.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise workflow to drive productivity and accurate orders.
• Hire and onboard warehouse personnel in coordination with leadership.
• Ensure orders are staged, loaded, and prepared for shipment per schedules.
• Monitor performance metrics and address issues through coaching.
• Maintain compliance with MSS and FSQA and food safety procedures.
