Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring for outbound (shipping) roles in our US warehouse. This full-time position offers average 30–35 hours per week with a starting wage of $24.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential.

Schedules include A1, A2, B, C and D with rotating or specific days. Duties cover receiving, selecting, relocating, loading, inventory, and safety compliance, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication for a fast-paced warehouse.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for counts and packing.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate orders.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receives or selects stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocates merchandise within the warehouse per guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning to meet safety standards.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts.
• Operates equipment following safety guidelines.
• Assists management to achieve budgeted goals.
