Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring for a 1st shift Part-Time Outbound (Shipping) associate in our Alabama warehouse. The role involves receiving and selecting stock, loading shipments, and maintaining safety and efficiency in a temperature-controlled environment.

You will work fewer than 30 hours per week, start at 7:00 AM, and contribute to inventory counts, teamwork, and adherence to ALDI policies. A HS diploma is preferred; benefits are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives or selects stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes and loads merchandise for shipment; unloads incoming shipments.
• Performs general cleaning to meet safety and appearance standards.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicates with peers and leadership to improve processes.
• Inspects product quality and raises safety or sanitation concerns to management.
• Supports management in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operates equipment safely as required by the role.
