Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring for a full-time outbound (shipping) warehouse associate in Greenwood, IN. Shifts include 1st Shift with a structured schedule. Starting wages range from $22.50 to $26.50 per hour, with yearly pay progression up to $29.00 per hour based on schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skill of performing basic arithmetic equations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Gives attention to detail and follows instructions.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives (Inbound) or selects (outbound) stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment and unloads incoming shipments.
• Performs general cleaning duties to meet safety and appearance standards.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines.
• Interacts effectively with peers, suppliers and leadership through ongoing communication.
