Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring for a part-time warehouse associate in our outbound (shipping) area. The position starts at $25.25 per hour, with average hours under 30 per week and a 1st shift at 7:00AM.

You will handle inbound/outbound stock, prepare shipments, and support safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include a high school diploma (preferred) and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives or selects stock to fulfill orders for stores.
• Relocates merchandise within the warehouse per guidelines.
• Sorts, loads, and unloads shipments from trucks.
• Performs general cleaning to meet safety standards.
• Participates in inventory counts and assists with process improvements.
