Job summary

ALDI Salisbury, NC is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate (Outbound) to receive or pick stock, relocate merchandise, and prepare shipments. You will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas with comprehensive safety training.

Average hours are 30–35 per week, with starting wages from 20.75 to 28.75 per hour depending on shift and schedule differentials. Schedules include various rotations with escalating pay by year as shown.

Qualifications

• Receives inbound or selects outbound stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocates merchandise per product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes and loads merchandise for shipment and unloads incoming shipments.

Responsibilities

• Keeps warehouse clean to meet appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts as directed.
• Communicates with peers and leadership to exchange information.
• Suggests process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspects products for quality and safety concerns as needed.
• Supports management in meeting budgeted goals.
