Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking dedicated warehouse associates to receive, select, and prepare stock for distribution to our stores. The role involves working on 1st and 3rd shifts with schedules designed to balance outbound and inbound tasks, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move product up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receives (Inbound) or selects (Outbound) stock to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sorts and loads merchandise in preparation for shipment and unloads incoming shipments.
• Performs general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participates in inventory counts according to guidelines.
• Cooperates with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership through ongoing communication.
