Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a Temporary Outbound Transportation Coordinator to oversee day-to-day transportation execution across stores and distribution centers, coordinating with carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

You will support KPI performance, assist with peak season plans, and help train fellow coordinators while building expertise in the Transportation Management System. Minimum 1-2 years in logistics and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associates preferred.
• 1-2 years of operations/transportation experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Support outbound trailer movement planning and scheduling.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and follow up with carriers.
• Elevate late arrivals and manage in-transit trailers.
• Assist with peak season transportation plans.
• Coordinate with DC, store ops, and field leadership.
