Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Associate Degree preferred, not required.
• Excellent written and oral communication with all levels of management.
• Solid organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• MS Office (Excel/Word) proficiency.
• Comfort with creating and maintaining spreadsheet formulas.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
• Be punctual to work.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and planning of crossdock and store deliveries.
• Deliver operational performance against KPIs and budget with root-cause analysis.
• Assist with peak season plans and transportation strategies.
• Support Transportation Manager in yard staffing and inbound/outbound duties.
• Coordinate with carriers, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Plan truck capacity and ensure adequate truck power and trailers.
• Maintain Transportation Management System knowledge and data.
• Create and follow SOPs for outbound activities.
• Provide guidance to other Transportation Coordinators as needed.
