Responsibilities

• Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, and orders to prioritize shipments and assign work.
• Assist in supervising outbound shipping activities for accuracy and condition of shipments.
• Determine space requirements and optimize truck loading.
• Inspect loading operations for shipping specifications.
• Inspect equipment for defects and ensure safe operation.
• Support training of new associates and maintain daily performance metrics.
