Job summary

WAI GLOBAL is seeking a weekend shift Warehouse Associate in Mississippi to support outbound e-commerce operations. You will pick, verify, pack, and ship orders, operate RF devices and material handling equipment, and ensure accurate labeling and Pallet Manifest documentation.

The role requires reading pick lists and SOPs, following safety rules, and collaborating with the team to maintain 5S standards in a warehouse environment. 2 years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2 years’ experience or equivalent.
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment - Forklift, Hand Truck, Pallet Jack, Reach Truck, etc.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of following instructions and responding to management direction.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team-oriented and collaborative work style.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Effective verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper packing and labeling of items.
• Safely and promptly load items onto material handling equipment.
• Read and interpret stage plans, pick lists, and SOPs or WI.
• Operate RF devices, label machines, weight scales, and powered equipment such as forklifts, pickers, or pallet jacks.
• Use RF devices to pick and transfer materials to staging areas.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure correct part number and quantity.
• Ensure accuracy of Pallet Manifest documentation.
• Inspect material handling equipment, structures, or materials for problems or defects.
• Mark and/or tag containers with identifying information.
• Collaborate with team; cross-train to enhance productivity.
• Follow 5S principles and safety protocols.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management.
