Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Southaven, MS to lead an outbound distribution team in a high-volume, multi-shift environment. You will coach up to 20 team members on processes to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

You will report to a Manager, Distribution Process, and help drive continuous improvement, coaching, and recognition programs to maintain Grainger's employer of choice status in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• 2+ years leadership or supervisor experience in high-volume distribution center preferred.
• Strong analytical and data mining skills with ability to coach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze production, safety, quality, cycle time, and financial data to assess team performance.
• Provide coaching opportunities to help the team improve and communicate trends to leadership.
• Support DC-wide projects and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
• Create a positive workplace culture with fair treatment, recognition, and development opportunities.
• Focus on safety, teach standard processes, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
