Qualifications

• Prior SDR or inside sales experience
• Proven outbound prospecting experience including cold calls
• Strong phone presence and objection-handling
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Highly adaptable in a fast-changing environment
• Coachable, resilient, and solution-oriented
• Strong organization and time management

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, social outreach)
• Follow up on inbound leads as assigned
• Identify and engage business owners in spas, medspas, salons, barbershops, and fitness studios
• Qualify opportunities and schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives
• Receive credit when demos are completed
• Use Salesforce to manage pipeline and activity
• Collaborate closely with AEs and sales leadership
