Miter, a fast-growing AI-driven platform for construction operations, is hiring an outbound SDR in a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York. As the first point of contact, you’ll drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and partner with AEs to accelerate revenue.

Qualifications

• No prior SDR experience required; outbound prospecting is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the confidence to reach out to cold prospects.
• Grit, resilience, and a strong work ethic; you bring energy every day.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting — 80-100 dials a day.
• Research target accounts and key personas to tailor messaging that breaks into hard-to-reach accounts.
• Qualify prospects and book direct SALs for your Account Executive.
