Junior Library Guild in Dublin, OH is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a fast-growing team. This in-office, outbound role focuses on prospecting schools and libraries, building relationships, and driving new opportunities with coaching and clear performance metrics.

You’ll manage a pipeline, conduct calls and emails, support renewals, and learn subscription solutions while earning uncapped commissions and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or client-facing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, resilient mindset in a sales environment
• Experience with CRM platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customer relationships with schools and libraries
