Job summary

OneService Commercial Building Maintenance, Inc. is seeking an experienced Telemarketer to join our sales team in Ronkonkoma, NY. This role focuses on actual outbound phone sales, not just customer service, and requires comfort with high-volume cold calls and persistent pursuit of qualified appointments.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, with pay at $20.00 per hour plus performance bonuses. HubSpot CRM experience is a plus, and benefits are offered after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound telemarketing and cold calling experience.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.
• Strong verbal communication and objection handling.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound sales calls using lead lists.
• Identify decision-makers and schedule qualified in-person appointments for ownership.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up information.
• Meet daily call activity and appointment-setting goals.
