Job summary

OneService Commercial Building Maintenance, Inc. is seeking an experienced Telemarketer to join our sales team in Ronkonkoma, NY. This role focuses on actual outbound phone sales, not just customer service, and requires comfort with high-volume cold calls and persistent pursuit of qualified appointments.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, with pay at $20.00 per hour plus performance bonuses. HubSpot CRM experience is a plus, and benefits are offered after eligibility.

Job Skills / Requirements

OneService is seeking an experienced, results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. We are looking for someone with actual outbound phone sales experience, not simply customer service experience , who is comfortable making high-volume cold calls, handling rejection, overcoming objections, and consistently pursuing results.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-5:30 PM

Pay: $20.00 per hour + performance bonuses

Job Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound sales calls using company-provided lead lists and HubSpot software.
• Identify prospective clients, engage decision-makers, and schedule qualified in-person sales appointments for company ownership.
• Maintain accurate call records, appointment details, and follow-up information.
• Consistently meet daily call activity and appointment-setting goals.

Performance Bonuses

• Qualified Appointments: $50 for each qualified appointment scheduled and actually held. Beginning with the third qualified appointment in a calendar week, the bonus increases to $100 per appointment.
• Call Volume: Additional $50 weekly bonus for achieving at least 75 HubSpot-recorded calls per day, totaling a minimum of 375 calls per week.

Qualifications

• Prior outbound telemarketing, cold calling, or telephone sales experience required.
• Proven ability to handle frequent rejection and maintain persistence and professionalism.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Experience using CRM software, particularly HubSpot, is a plus.
