Hoffer Pest Solutions is seeking an energetic Outbound Sales Representative to boost residential and commercial pest control engagements. You will contact customers by phone, reactivate past accounts, upsell services, and schedule appointments for our commercial team.

Ideal candidates excel at phone communication, stay metrics-driven, and can manage high call volumes while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outbound and inside sales, or customer service.
• Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Make outbound calls to introduce pest control services to residential and commercial clients.
• Follow up with past customers and upsell services where appropriate.
• Schedule qualified inspection appointments for the sales team and keep CRM updated.
• Track performance metrics such as call volume and conversion rates.
