Job summary

Hoffman's Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to join our field team. The successful candidate will meet new clients, conduct home evaluations, and counsel customers on pest control options while driving sales in a dynamic, customer-facing role.

You will survey and estimate residential properties, follow up on leads, and work toward exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory licensing exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to crawl into tight spaces.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Proven sales ability is required.
• Basic math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Meet new clients and develop prospective business deals daily.
• Schedule appointments and perform prompt follow-up.
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Perform home evaluations including crawling into tight spaces.
• Explain service benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately.
