Job summary

Hoffman's Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to join our team. You will meet with residential clients, survey properties, and present pest control options while providing excellent customer service.

You will drive a company vehicle and enjoy a robust benefits package, including holidays, insurance options, and a 401(k) plan. This full-time role requires energy, reliability, and a track record of meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to pass and maintain state licensing/certification exams.
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Ability to maneuver in crawl spaces and be on your feet in various weather conditions.
• Customer service experience.
• Proven sales ability.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet new clients and develop prospective business deals daily.
• Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Perform home evaluations including crawls into tight spaces.
• Use sales process to offer solutions and gain new customers.
