Job summary

You will verify criteria, overcome objections, and maintain timely updates in the system while meeting compliance standards. Requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and experience in a commission-based environment; pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Over-the-phone call center experience preferred.
• Must complete and pass a pre-employment drug/background check.
• High-speed internet with 50Mbps down/25Mbps up and ethernet connection.
• Experience in a commission-based environment.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to potential customers from ADT campaigns.
• Verify contact meets criteria and transfer qualified leads to Inbound Sales Specialists.
• Engage with customers, overcome objections, and maintain positive relations.
• Update call status in the phone system and track progress.
• Maintain availability to engage with potential customers.
• Adhere to company compliance and quality standards.
