Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Over-the-phone call center experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must complete and pass a pre-employment drug/background check.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to potential customers responding to ADT marketing campaigns.
• Verify contact meets criteria and transfer qualified leads to Inbound Sales Specialist.
• Maintain accurate call status in the phone system.
• Stay available to engage with potential customers and adhere to compliance standards.
• Communicate effectively using business vocabulary and empathetic rebuttals.
