GoFundMe Pro is seeking an Outbound Development Representative to connect nonprofits with fundraising technology. You’ll be the first touchpoint, conducting discovery, building engagement plans, and moving qualified prospects to Account Executives.

The role requires outbound experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team. You will work across Commercial or Enterprise segments, using a mix of channels, and leverage Salesforce and AI tools to scale outreach while

Qualifications

• 1+ years inside tech sales or nonprofit fundraising.
• Proven outbound prospecting experience.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication.
• Confident speaking to prospects and handling objections.
• Skilled at navigating organizations to reach decision-makers.
• Growth mindset with willingness to improve skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage multiple channels to execute high-volume outreach to decision-makers.
• Facilitate qualifying calls and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
• Execute engagement strategies to drive account engagement.
• Manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce and document activities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and support multiple teams.
• Embrace AI tools to enhance personalized outreach.
