Job summary

Pushpay Holdings Limited in the United States is seeking a Sales Development Representative for a remote role. You will be the first impression for prospects, making outbound calls to identify strong potential clients and qualify churches and nonprofits.

In this role you will work in a metrics-driven call center, aim to schedule 1–2 appointments daily, and build a robust pipeline using Salesforce and Outreach.io while collaborating with Account Executives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of inside sales experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to connect business needs to solutions.
• Positivity and resilience toward team and customers.
• Comfort with phone conversations and desk work.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualify churches and nonprofits.
• Schedule 1–2 appointments per day with Account Executives.
• Use Salesforce and Outreach.io to manage pipeline.
• Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers.
• Invite church leaders to webinars, events, and other educational experiences.
