Job summary

CNX is seeking a Specialist, Sales Development in Makati City to drive outbound prospecting and qualification of leads. You will engage customers, articulate product value, and manage CRM data to support sales targets.

The role focuses on high-volume calling, learning product details, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to achieve market development goals. This is a full-time on-site position in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Experience in high-volume calling.
• Experience learning new technology and data.
• Familiarity with MS Office programs and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Follow outbound contact schedule to reach targeted potential customers identified through prospecting.
• Assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners and other sources.
• Qualify the BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline) of leads.
• Help Sales and Marketing reach Market Development related goals.
• Help identify the best solutions for customers and how to implement those solutions.
• Foster trust between customers and clients.
• Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured.
