Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, training or sales
• Expertise in training within peer groups
• Experience in high-volume calling
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Technical skills in MS Office
• Experience prioritizing concurrent projects and managing them
• Ability to adapt training across varied audiences
• Willingness to work from home
