Job summary

IFS invites two Outbound Product Managers to shape how customers experience and adopt our Digital Workers through agentic AI. This hands-on role connects cutting-edge LLM tech with real-world enterprise use cases, collaborating with product, engineering, and GTM teams to craft tailored agents for enterprises.

You will own the full lifecycle of agent creation, prototype new workflows, lead POC pilots, and help drive Loops roadmap while balancing speed, reliability, and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of LLMs, APIs and agentic frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and integrating AI models into applications.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; thrives in ambiguity and complex problem spaces.
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to design and deliver custom agents for enterprise customers.
• Drive the full lifecycle of agent creation—from discovery and design to testing, optimization, and deployment.
• Experiment and prototype new agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs, and contextual data frameworks.
• Contribute to product strategy by identifying patterns, reusable capabilities, and roadmap opportunities for Loops.
• Act as a customer advocate, translating real-world needs into scalable features.
