Staff Outbound Product Manager, you’ll own the market success of our Assistant portfolio and drive adoption and growth across a global customer base. You’ll shape narratives, enable the field and partners, and ensure deployments are repeatable while partnering with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership to deliver impactful

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management or related roles in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience shipping and scaling integrations or developer-facing features.
• Deep understanding of enterprise deployment: SSO/OAuth/SAML, ACLs, governance, security reviews.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop market understanding: segments, competition, and enterprise deployment constraints.
• Define GA readiness for integrations: packaging, docs, deployment guides, support paths.
• Lead adoption for new capabilities and major integrations with announcements and assets.
• Manage early access programs to collect feedback on new capabilities.
• Advocate VoC within product, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Enable Sales/SE/CS with talk tracks, ROI narratives, and checklists.
• Define adoption metrics and drive success for the Assistant.
• Translate field insights into prioritized requirements for inbound PMs.
• Manage community engagement and create content that drives interest.
