Industrial and Financial Systems (IFS) is recruiting two Outbound Product Managers for Agentic AI within the Loops group in a hybrid Palo Alto setting. You will bridge cutting-edge LLM technology and real enterprise use cases, shaping how customers evaluate and adopt our Digital Workers.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration across product, engineering, and GTM functions.
• Experience guiding end-to-end agent lifecycles for enterprise customers.
• Hands-on with LLMs, APIs, and AI tooling in business settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM to design and deliver agents.
• Drive full lifecycle of agent creation from discovery to deployment.
• Prototype new agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs, and data frameworks.
• Inform Loops roadmap by identifying patterns and reusable capabilities.
• Translate customer needs into scalable product features.
• Balance rapid prototyping with reliability, safety and explainability.
