Job summary

TheLoops, an IFS company, is building intelligent autonomous AI agents that reason, plan, and act across real-world workflows. As Product Manager, you will define early use cases for agentic AI and turn capabilities into applied, valuable products.

You’ll work closely with engineering and research to ensure feasibility, scalability, and alignment with the agent architecture, delivering platform-aware solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or startup experience building technically complex, user-facing systems.
• Strong intuition for applied use cases — especially in automation, operations, or real-world workflows.
• Familiarity with agentic AI patterns and tooling (e.g., LLM agents, tool use, LangChain, OpenAI functions, memory systems)
• Experience working closely with engineers and researchers on system-level product decisions
• Strong communication, prioritization, and execution skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high ROI agent use cases across operations and automation.
• Define the agent experience from delegation to monitoring and escalation.
• Translate use cases into clear specs: flows, prompts, safety, interfaces.
• Own the roadmap and ship iteratively, with scalable architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI research to align capabilities and future features.
• Define success metrics around outcomes and long-term scalability.
