Qualifications

• 8+ years leading product management for senior roles in enterprise software.
• 5+ years building B2B or enterprise software with AI/ML, data, analytics, or decision‑support.
• Track record of taking concepts to first customers or measurable business impact.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI/ML systems and enterprise platforms.
• Experience using customer evidence and metrics to guide high‑stakes decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own an AI agent product end‑to‑end from discovery to GA launch and iteration.
• Identify and validate high‑ROI opportunities in finance and HCM domains.
• Collaborate with engineering to shape reliable agent architectures and observability.
• Define product quality evals to ensure usefulness, trust, and production readiness.
• Build conviction via demos, customer discovery, and clear decision memos.
• Coordinate with design, field, legal, security, and executives to ship decisions.
