Job summary

Albert is seeking an ambitious Agent PM to design and deploy AI agent skills within our 'Ask Albert' platform. You will translate customer workflow discovery into scalable, monetizable capabilities that deliver measurable time-to-value for enterprise customers.

You will own the full lifecycle of agent skills from ideation through validation to adoption, collaborating with Forward Deployed Scientists, Engagement Managers, and Delivery teams to ground development in real deployment experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience delivering AI-powered products in a high-growth environment.
Exceptional customer discovery skills and ability to map workflows.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize high-impact agentic AI opportunities across enterprise workflows.
Own the full lifecycle of agent skills—from discovery and prototype validation through adoption and monetization.
Design, build, test, and iterate on AI agent skills using the platform capabilities and tool integrations.
Embed with strategic customers to map end-to-end workflows and translate business needs into agent behavior and system logic.
Collaborate with Forward Deployed Scientists, Engagement Managers, and Delivery teams to ground development in deployment experience.
