Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Must possess ability to function in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
• Experience developing, motivating, and leading cross functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and adjust processes to meet schedules, priorities, and shipping needs.
• Recommend improvements to methods, equipment, and quality while ensuring standards.
• Provide training on company policies to employees.
• Monitor time and attendance records of direct reports.
• Develop employees through performance reviews and training, plus hiring processes.
• Execute business review prep and track action items.
• Serve as key communication link between operations and customers.
• Create or use metrics to verify operations are under control.
• Abide by safety and hygiene regulations; follow 5S guidelines.
• Additional tasks to ensure efficient, safe, clean environment.
