You will lead 2-4 supervisors and 20-100 hourly associates, adjust staff schedules, and deliver regular performance reviews to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service for customers.

Responsibilities

• Adjust staff schedules to accommodate fluctuating business needs.
• Determine staffing levels based on business demand.
• Lead and develop a team of 2-4 supervisors and 20-100 hourly associates.
• Create work schedules based on business demand.
• Provide staff with regular performance reviews.
• Write reports on staff performance and efficiency; manage overtime costs and staffing levels.
• Act as primary information source for team, maintain compliance and consistency, take corrective action when needed.
• Build and deliver productivity plans by reviewing forecasts and coordinating with Owners and Supervisors.
