Ramco Logistics Solutions, LLC, based in the United States, is seeking a dedicated manager to oversee daily operations in an Amazon Distribution Center. You will supervise outbound operations, mentor a team, and drive productivity while balancing labor needs and compliance.

You will lead 2-4 supervisors and 20-100 hourly associates, adjust staff schedules, and deliver regular performance reviews to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service for customers.

Qualificações

Seeking a dedicated manager to oversee our daily operations, including supervising and leading an outbound operation, within an Amazon Distribution Center. You will be responsible for leading, guiding, and engaging a team that makes our operation possible. An important focal point will be encouraging, mentoring, and preparing your team to become the best leaders they can be.

Responsibilities:

• Adjust staff schedules to accommodate fluctuating business needs.
