Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking an Outbound Manager to oversee the outbound operations for a client location, ensuring efficiency and service excellence. You will lead a team of coordinators and Assistant Outbound Managers, coordinating with motor carriers to maintain capacity and compliance.

You will drive daily performance, provide coaching, and implement policies to optimize operations and client satisfaction across the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field strongly preferred.
• 2–4 years of distribution or supply chain operations with at least 2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; able to compile and analyze data.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional demeanor under pressure.
• Ability to coach and develop employees and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the outbound operations for a client location.
• Meet and exceed client service goals.
• Lead onboarding and training of Extra Milers at the location.
• Supervise staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with motor carriers to ensure capacity and compliance.
• Interpret and share location KPIs with stakeholders.
