Job summary

Cart.com is seeking an Outbound Operations Manager in the Dallas area to lead outbound picking, packing, kitting and triage across multi-client 3PL environments, ensuring fast, accurate order fulfillment.

The role requires 5+ years in fulfillment operations and 3+ years in outbound leadership, with strong WMS knowledge and 3PL experience. This on-site position is 1st shift with potential longer hours based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fulfillment operations.
• 3+ years in outbound management or equivalent leadership.
• 3PL or high-volume fulfillment experience.
• WMS advanced knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound operations including picking, packing, kitting, and triage to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage and develop outbound supervisors and staff, fostering a high-performance team.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, UPH targets, and quality standards.
• Plan and schedule labor based on forecasts, capacity requirements, and performance metrics.
• Train teams on warehouse management systems (WMS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain organized and efficient picking locations for high-SKU environments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and throughput.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve outbound issues and support service delivery.
• Mentor and develop leadership talent within the outbound team.
