Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a motivated Fulfillment Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced fulfillment and delivery team in Wylie, Texas. You will perform picking, packing, and aircraft loading while supporting the Operations Team Lead in daily supervisory duties, with opportunities to develop leadership skills.

We value a foundational understanding of supply chain processes and performance metrics, and offer rotating shifts (6:00am–10:00pm) up to 40 hours per week in a hands-on,

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a fast-paced environment (logistics, retail, warehouse, or fulfillment).
• Desire to step into a leadership role; coaching or training peers a plus.
• Understanding of standard warehouse/supply chain processes and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Locate, pick, and pack orders per SOPs.
• Check weight and accuracy before loading packages onto aircraft.
• Assist with morning setup; keep area clean, safe, and equipment functional.
• Perform daily inventory counts and care for stock/equipment.
• Support Operations Team Lead by monitoring workflow and guiding frontline staff.
• Manage onsite team activities when Team Lead/Managers are unavailable.
• Uphold site safety protocols and resolve operational incidents promptly.
• Monitor daily throughput and help meet supply chain goals.
