Cart.com in Dallas, TX is seeking an Outbound Operations Manager to lead picking, packing, kitting and triage across a multi-client 3PL environment, focused on speed, accuracy and throughput. You will mentor supervisors, plan labor, and ensure SLAs and UPH targets are met, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and team development.
Ideal applicants have 5+ years in fulfillment, 3+ years in outbound leadership, 3PL experience, and WMS expertise in a high-volume setting.

The Outbound Operations Manager is responsible for leading outbound operations including picking, packing, kitting, and triage. This role ensures order fulfillment is executed with speed, accuracy, and efficiency across a multi-client 3PL environment supporting E-commerce (DTC) and/or Wholesale (B2B) customers.
Key responsibilities include managing automated pick modules, driving performance metrics, and leading teams across multiple shifts. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, motivational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
