• Experience with routing, scheduling, and delivery-status checks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day delivery operations including monitoring loadout and delivery activity.
• Evaluate motor carrier needs and ensure compliance per client standards.
• Maintain professional relationships with location management, peers, carriers and client staff.
• Utilize client-specific routing software to track shipments and statuses.
• Communicate updates with other departments and stakeholders as needed.
• Check reschedules provided by carriers and process client portal returns.
• Move inventory safely using material handling equipment as required.
• Serve as primary contact for escalations from the client.
• Schedule orders and notify customers of time windows for next-day delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on client requirements.
