Riverstone Logistics Pty Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee multiple logistics operations, coordinating daily outbound activities and managing carrier relationships across client locations.

You will ensure deliveries meet timelines and quality standards while driving client satisfaction. The role requires 1–2 years in last mile or supply chain ops, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred).
• 1-2 years of last mile distribution or supply chain operations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to learn new technology/systems quickly.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed client service goals consistently.
• Oversee daily outbound operations for multiple client locations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Use routing software to schedule and tender client deliveries.
• Communicate effectively regarding special client requests within the territory.
• Conduct daily onsite store audits to ensure client satisfaction with RLX deliverables.
• Collaborate with peers on daily functions, training, and issue resolution.
