DEX Imaging in Dallas is seeking a Sales Canvasser to drive lead generation for the local sales team. You will identify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and set qualified appointments through outbound calls and in-person prospecting.

You’ll follow up consistently to uncover business needs and connect decision-makers with sales representatives, qualifying leads and maintaining prospect records as you work with the team to move opportunities through the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Word Processing and Spreadsheet software; experience with order processing and contact management systems.

Responsabilités

• Primary point of contact.
• Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
• Hands-on involvement in marketing logistics, including quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
• Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talks with customers by phone.
• Prepares reports of business transactions and track all invoices and expense accounts against budget.
• Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
• Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
• Coordinates customer training.
• Adheres to all safety precautions and follow all safety requirements to properly complete job tasks
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
